LEAVES CORPORATE JOB TO SERVE UP 'POSH' COFFEE

JOE Gryson gave up his corporate work-from-home job to open a “posh” coffee stall in a windswept lay-by - and he’s loving every minute.

Barista Joe is following in his footsteps of his dad, who once ran a coffee shop in Portugal, where Joe grew up before moving back to West Yorkshire around 10 years ago.

Joe recently opted to take redundancy from a research manager role and he hasn't looked back.

Two weeks ago, Joe, of Rastrick, near Halifax, took the brave step of setting up his mobile coffee stall - The Coffee Journey - in a lay-by near Lowfields Business Park at Elland.
