PLYMOUTH Arayle have got a couple of targets in mind when it comes to bringing in another midfielder before the transfer deadline on Monday, head coach Tom Cleverley has declared.

Cleverley stated he would be in ‘constant contact’ with head of football operations David Fox and chief executive Andrew Parkinson between now and then as Argyle work to put the finishing touches to their squad.

There is even the possibility of two new arrivals before the 7pm deadline on Monday depending ona couple of injury updates in the coming days.

On adding another midfielder to his squad, Cleverley said: “Conversations will happen. We will speak through a few different plans, whether it's a loan, whether it's a permanent signing, the age profile of that player.

“We have got a couple of targets and it’s certainly a position we are trying to strengthen from now until Monday.”
