A MIDLAND teenager that served chicken in a branch of Nando's after leaving Birmingham Ormiston Academy is the star of a new Netflix TV show searching for Simon Cowell's latest boy band.
Simon Cowell: The Next Act follows the music mogul as he brings together a band 'December 10,' a band of seven lads who could be heading for global superstardom.
Among them is Hendrick Cristoffersen, 19, who played for the Walsall Rugby Club under 18s team before repeated injuries scuppered his trajectory.
Now he's joined 'December 10,' the band named for the date that the show first screened on Netflix.
