Scots customers join class action suit against retailer

THOUSANDS of Scottish customers have joined a class action against M&S after the Sunday Mail revealed a multi-million-pound case for failing to keep personal data safe.

It comes after hackers obtained customer and staff information including home addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers and ordering histories of millions of people in a cyber attack in April.
