CHEADLE-BASED contractor Short Construction Ltd has marked its 15th anniversary with a record-breaking turnover, exceeding £19m in 2024 and surpassing its £16m target.

Founded in Wilmslow in 2010 with a team of just two, the company has grown significantly over the past 15 years. Today, the firm boasts a 37-strong workforce and has nine projects under way across the North West, totalling £57m in Gross Development Value (GDV).
Short Construction has built a reputation for delivering high-quality residential schemes, ranging from single luxury properties to multi-unit sites. Its expansion into commercial and healthcare projects has also been highly successful, with clients including Voyage Care, Parti/ARC, Barchester Healthcare, Kids Planet, August Blake, and Becker Industrial Coatings, to name a few.
