Slimmers lose pounds and help raise cash

A group of slimmers are celebrating their gains by throwing out ill-fitting clothes and helping a good cause in the process.
Members of the Slimming World based at Braehead have been taking part in the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw with Cancer Research UK, with groups based across the UK.
The Braehead group have lost a whopping 174 stones since January-meaning there are lots of too big, unwanted clothes to be thrown out.
