Regular football can help Bain cap it all again

INFORM Falkirk goalkeeper Scott Bain has thanked manager John McGlynn for his show of faith.

Now he hopes to prove to Scotland boss Steve Clarke that he can also been trusted.

The former Celtic understudy is getting used to regular action again at Westfield having had just eight run-outs in his final three years at Parkhead.

But his impressive performances vindicated McGlynn's decision to call him back in from the wilderness.

Bain, left, has three caps but missed out on a call-up for this week's World Cup qualifiers against Greece and Belarus as Clarke instead opted for Angus Gunn, Craig Gordon and Liam Kelly.
