Kate Cooper reckons her team showed a cutting edge as St Mirren Women returned to winning ways.
The Buddies beat Airdrie Ladies 4-1 in their latest Barclays League One outing on Sunday.
It was a third triumph in a row and the perfect way to bounce back from being knocked out of the Scottish Cup by Queen of the South.
Head Coach Cooper is delighted to see performances starting to translate into results after a challenging start to the campaign. She was pleased to see Praise Adebo and Leah Logan back on the scoresheet with Naomi McNeillie continuing her recent scoring run.
Cooper told Express Sport: "For us, we competed so well. They addressed many of the challenges we faced and I think we were very clinical.
