One of Scotland's largest open entry exhibitions, Paisley's annual Big Art Show, returns tomorrow for a fourth edition.

An extra special show, the art works will be displayed in the Art Department's new home on Causeyside Street, marking the refurbishment of the first-floor gallery space.
An astonishing 1,000 pieces of art, submitted by 534 artists, will be on display, having been whittled down from 1,652 entries.
Submissions include artworks in a variety of mediums including paintings, drawings, prints, mixed media, photography, ceramics, film and digital, metalworks, fashion and textiles.
Collectively they represent art from people at all stages of their artistic career - with a "featured artist programme" showcasing 12 works from professionals including David Gillanders, Jade Stout, Jim McDade, Liz Reid and Hoisun Yung.
Commenting on the strength of this year's show, Rowena Comrie, co-chair of The Art Department, said: "Once again, the selectors had an awe-inspiring task, finally choosing a broad range of exciting artworks from the submissions received.
"The creative energy represented here continues to amaze and to be appreciated.
