This week it's the turn of GABRIELLA TRIVIGNO, a director of fashion boutique Gigi Bottega and modern Italian restaurant Bar Gigi, both in Nottingham’s Flying Horse Walk.

WHAT'S HOT AT THE MOMENT?

In the boutique we have these amazing new fragrances, a brand called 1969. They've released four new fragrances and they're so different, so fun, amazing names and great for summer. We've just had a lovely new menu at restaurant Bar Gigi so we've got lovely crab arancini with cacio e pepe sauce, it's delicious, and then also we've got a lovely lamb rump dish, so a new spring menu, very nice.
