Landlord part of £500m new homes plans

A SOCIAL landlord based in Macclesfield is part of a consortium that says it will build about 3,000 homes in the next four years.

Peaks and Plains, located on Newton Street, is one of 14 members of JV North, which has now announced the contractors and consultants appointed for its £500m plans.
It is now expected work will start later this year.
