Donna is recognised for top NHS accolade

The latest recipient of the Isabella Kimmett Compassionate Care Award has been announced-with NHS Ayrshire and Arran Nursing Assistant Donna Galloway recognised for her outstanding contribution.

Presented twice a year, the award celebrates staff who demonstrate exceptional compassionate care.

Donna, who works in Ward 3F at University Hospital Crosshouse, a transitional unit supporting primarily older patients returning home, was nominated for consistently going above and beyond to provide patient-centred, compassionate care.
