National Conference (NC) President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Thursday described Pakistan as a failed state, accusing it of attempting to deflect attention from its internal failures through the recent Pahalgam terror attack.
Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, Dr Farooq said both India and Pakistan appear to be preparing for war, though global efforts are underway to de-escalate the situation and bring the perpetrators of the attack to justice. “God knows how much the world will succeed in it,” he remarked.
