As part of continued efforts to streamline traffic movement in Srinagar city, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Tuesday chaired a meeting of the Multi-Disciplinary Committee on Traffic Management System for Srinagar City.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Vice Chairpersons of LCMA and SDA, Regional Transport Officer Kashmir, SSP Traffic, Joint Commissioner SMC, and senior officers from R&B and SSCL.
During the meeting, the Divisional Commissioner directed the SSCL to prepare DPR for the development of a rotary at Exchange Junction. SSCL was also directed to start traffic on the trail basis over a realigned takeoff corridor towards the airport flyover.
