ILLEGAL streams of live sport via dodgy boxes are used by criminals to steal credit card details and infect users’ devices.

That's according to a new report by media research group Enders Analysis, which compared pirated video to an “enticing storefront” used by criminals to gain access to user data.

These crooks work by taking individuals’ credit card details and email addresses when they access illegal streams, such as pirated football matches.
