2 large onions, finely chopped

6 skinless chicken breasts, cut into large chunks

1tsp ground cumin

1tsp paprika

1tsp turmeric

1tsp ground coriander

¼-½ tsp chilli powder

2tsp sugar

300ml chicken stock

150ml double cream
