Now the Traitors Ireland is the talk of the nation and its stars have become household names.

After three short weeks of it on the telly, sitting down to watch the show became part of our weekly rhythm.

We've gotten to know the likes of Nick, Ben, Oyin, Andrew, Vanessa, and Paudie — especially Paudie, the Limerick prison officer who became the unofficial first citizen of Ireland.

We've seen parts of their personalities even they didn’t know existed.

We've watched them plot against each other and work as a team; laugh and cry and fight.
