OMBUDSMAN had the final say by finishing with a right rattle to land the £1million Prince Of Wales's Stakes at Royal Ascot.

William Buick lost out to the father-and-son team when 'banker' Cinderella's Dream found Crimson Advocate too hot to handle in the earlier Duke of Cambridge Stakes.

And for a few fleeting moments in the straight he must have felt his luck was not going to change as Godolphin-owned Ombudsman was hemmed in behind a wall of horses.
