Carsley embraces pressure

LEE CARSLEY has come a long way since driving the minibus for the youth team at Coventry City.
That probably goes some way to explaining why it can be easy for Carsley to be driving along, listening to a radio debate about England and forgetting he is in charge.
The interim manager said: "Once or twice I've been in the car and my mind has wandered off and it's almost like, it sort of hits you, the responsibility.
"You're maybe listening to the radio and they're talking about England and you're thinking, "That's interesting. I might need to listen to a bit more of that!'
"My life has not changed one bit. I've tried not to worry too much about it.I'm lucky in terms of the family around me.
"I'm not sat here having managed one season in the Premier League, one season in the Championship, been on Sky and done a bit of punditry.
