SIR JIM RATCLIFFE has been branded "out of his depth" by Manchester United fan group The 1958.
The group expects more than 6,000 fans to protest against United's ownership before their next home game, against Fulham on Sunday week.
And they have turned their fire on Ratcliffe (right), accusing the United co-owner of being "complicit" in what they perceive as the club's ongoing decline.
