Apology over 'extremely upsetting' text message
Cynon Valley Leader
|April 24, 2025
CAERPHILLY County Borough Council has apologised after mistakenly contacting bereaved parents with a childcare inquiry.
-

A report on council complaints shows “blanket” text messages were sent to parents of children turning two years old, to check their eligibility for free childcare.
