Mason leads betting for Albion role

WEST Bromwich Albion’s search for a new manager goes on with Tottenham Hotspur coach Ryan Mason now the favourite.

‘The Spurs man’s increased prominence in the market came after Portsmouth boss John Mousinho seemingly distancing himself from the vacant position.
Mason has worked with Spurs’ first team as a coach since 2021, even leading the team on an interim basis on two separate occasions.
Previous reports have said that Mason has been waiting for Tottenham's European campaign to end before deciding his future.
Ange Postecoglou’s side are set for a Europa League final against Manchester United on May 21.
Meanwhile former interim boss James Morrison remains a betting favourite.
