A BACKPACKER from Redditch has been sentenced to four years in prison after a fatal e-scooter crash in Australia left a dad-of-two dead.

Alicia Kemp, from Redditch, was sentenced at Perth District Court, Western Australia, for dangerous driving causing death while intoxicated.

The 25-year-old was over the Australian legal limit when she hit Thanh Phan, 51, in Perth on May 31. She was 24 at the time of the incident.
