Real-world AI projects and the bottom line
Bangkok Post

Change management that includes people delivers measurable business value.
While artificial intelligence (Al) dominates headlines, the majority of Thai businesses have yet to see it make a tangible difference to their bottom line.
Only 17% of organisations in Thailand have implemented AI in ways that significantly impact business performance, according to figures shared at a recent seminar held by HexaTech Solutions and Profet AI. Most remain in the planning stage (73%) or have yet to make a decision (10%).
The reasons are familiar to many executives: uncertainty about the right use cases, lack of clarity about return on investment, and limited internal expertise to manage Al adoption. The result is a persistent gap between Al hype and practical business impact.
One emerging approach to overcoming these barriers combines domain expertise, structured change management and proven Al technologies. The seminar showcased real-world projects led by HexaTech, a joint venture between Thailand’s PacRim Group and ICS, working in partnership with Taiwan-based Profet Al.
Profet AI is a no-code AutoML platform for manufacturers, serving more than 300 enterprise clients across 20 manufacturing sectors, including over 50% of the players in Nvidia's manufacturing ecosystem in Asia.
Profet technology is built to allow non-IT professionals to build, deploy and manage AI models in as little as three hours, with measurable return on investment often within 90 days.
