From a young age, I was drawn to people, culture, and the power of human connection. Hospitality offered the perfect canvas to blend these passions. It's a profession where every day is different, where the smallest gesture can create a lasting memory for someone. That ability to impact someone's experience so positively is what pulled me in—and keeps me inspired.
You have worked with some of the most prestigious hospitality brands in India. What led you to take on the role at JW Marriott Kolkata?
