Being active outdoors is great for our bodies and our minds. You know it's smart to slather on sunscreen, shield your eyes, and hydrate, but don't forget about this other hot-weather to-do: Take care of your feet. Going barefoot or sweating in sneaks can up your risk of skin conditions like athlete's foot, and less supportive footwear (sorry, flip-flop fans) can lead to foot or ankle pain if you wear it for major activities like extensive walking.
