Last month, I’d the opportunity to host a CIO roundtable on what is digital transformation is all about. For me, digital transformation is like that particular teenage problem – everyone is talking about it, but no one has actually done it. The real problem with this hottest buzzword in our industry is that it is very hard to define what digital transformation really entails.
