Exercise to SUIT YOU

Have you ever started a new exercise with enthusiasm one month, only to see it fall by the wayside the next? Many of us struggle to keep fitness regimes going, but that may not be simply due to a lack of time, commitment or willpower. It could be more about our genetics, says recent research*, which suggests that we all have different exercise preferences.

'The single most important thing in choosing an activity is to pick one you enjoy,' says exercise coach Dean Zweck. And doing one to fit your personality is key to keeping it going. 'If you find something you enjoy, you'll naturally want to keep doing it,' says Dean. 'You can strive for the most “ideal” exercise programme, but if you don’t enjoy it you won't do it.' Try this fun quiz to see what will suit you best.
