Feeling the sheets against my skin is one of the most comforting feelings. I sleep naked whenever I can, usually two or three nights a week, and although I wish it was every night, I have to be mindful of my two teenage sons at home. While we have an open door rule at home and I'm not shy about my body, I'll make sure my bedroom door’s shut when I'm going to sleep in the nude. The boys are great anyway and always knock before coming in. They know I’ve got a tendency to strip to my birthday suit, and I think they'd rather not see their mum naked!
