As the daytime show struggles, fans have called for the couple to bring it back to its former glory

For almost 20 years, they were the undisputed king and queen of daytime telly, their on-screen chemistry pulling in record audiences and making This Morning a British TV staple.
While they've been together for decades, the pair no longer work alongside each other, with Judy Finnigan, 77, now a successful author and stepping away from the spotlight and Richard Madeley, 69, regularly hosting Good Morning Britain and still a familiar face on TV.
However, after appearing together on a recent video podcast for their hugely successful Richard and Judy Book Club, where they review and recommend new releases, fans are sensationally calling for them to return as hosts on the This Morning couch.
'Put them back on This Morning,' commented one fan, while another agreed, 'I wish they would, they were the best.'
Another said, 'I used to love watching Richard and Judy on This Morning when I was a student. I've not watched the show since I graduated and they left. Lovely to see them here [on the podcast].'
Other fans agreed, with one saying, 'I'd love to see these two back on This Morning. Another stated, 'These were the only decent presenters ever on TV in my opinion,' while another simply pleaded, 'Please come back.'
