When we've arrived at the point where we lose some weight and work on our body composition, it's tempting to go all out and try something different.

Something tough, that really challenges us. Our motivation is high, so we're prepared to endure and suffer. But that's the thing; we don't need to do that. Clearing the diary and staying away from our friends isn't necessary. Getting into shape doesn't mean restriction, denial and punishing workouts; it can simply entail changing bad habits that have become too ingrained in our lives. Working on those changes may take a little effort and discipline, but in the long run, you'll never look back. Try this plan...
Structure. Focus on creating for yourself three nutritious meals and one snack a day. Nothing else.
