Clearing the diary and staying away from our friends isn't necessary. Getting into shape doesn't mean restriction, denial and punishing workouts; it can simply entail changing bad habits that have become too ingrained in our lives. Working on those changes may take a little effort and discipline, but in the long run, you'll never look back. Try this plan...
