Asian greens in char siu sauce
PREP + COOK TIME 20 MINUTES SERVES 4
350g trimmed broccolini 150g snow peas 2 baby bok choy, halved 2 baby pak choy, halved 2 long red chillies, sliced lengthways 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons store-bought char siu sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Layer broccolini, snow peas, bok choy, pak choy and chilli in a large baking paper-lined bamboo steamer. Steam, covered, over a large wok of simmering water for 5 minutes or until vegetables are just tender.
Heat olive oil in a small pan until hot.
Combine the vegetables, char siu sauce and sesame oil together in a serving bowl. Drizzle over hot olive oil, tossing to combine. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Spinach, haloumi & potato salad

500g small potatoes, scrubbed, halved lengthways
⅓ cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 shallot, chopped finely
