Rotel's new integrated stereo amplifier boasts a sleek design and a packed feature set, which sets it up as a potential rival to Arcam's A15 and the Rega Elex Mk4 - both of which are five-star products. The Rotel delivers 33W per channel into 4 ohms, which will reportedly provide "exceptional sound quality and an immersive listening experience", which covers "pristine highs" as well as "rich, deep" bass. Inside an ESS ES9039Q2M Sabre DAC aims to deliver a wide, cinematic soundstage. Furthermore, this amp supports hi-res PCM files up to 32-bit/ 384kHz alongside DSD256, while wired connectivity comes in the form of coaxial, optical, USB type B, HDMI ARC and a pair of RCA inputs.
