The mention of 'live service' strikes fear into many gamers' hearts, but Ho Yoverse has already nailed it twice. Zenless Zone Zero aims to replicate the wild success of Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail by channelling noughties nostalgia, in a post-apocalyptic world populated by a kickass cast of anime characters.

Each has their own fighting style and strengths, with new ones unlocked by earning in-game items... or reaching for a credit card. Your initial team of three agents - the melee-based Anby, gun-toting Billy and ether-firing Nicole quickly show how much fun the combat can be.
