The free version supports one technician, one concurrent session and five unattended desktops. If you like what you see, Zoho offers three pay-as-you-go plans that can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time. The Professional plan on test provides all essential remote support features, supports four concurrent connections and has a monthly cost of £12 per technician when billed yearly.

Unattended access is a separate module with two pricing tiers. The Standard plan costs £8 a month for 25 unattended computers when billed yearly, while the Professional plan ups this to £12 and enables additional support for iOS and Android mobiles.
