Box is a long-term player in the cloud collaboration space, and its entry-level Business plan will appeal mightily to smaller organisations. Starting at a mere £12 per user per month when billed yearly, Box gets our thumbs up for value as the price hasn’t changed for at least seven years.

It may have a comparatively modest maximum 5GB file upload size, but Box sweetens the deal with unlimited cloud storage for each user plus facilities to retain up to 50 file versions. Along with support for unlimited e-signatures, Box offers its AI feature with support for the Document and Notes tools included in the Business plan, but an additional purchase of “AI Units” is required to access the Box AI APIs.

Box will snap seamlessly into your existing workflows as it currently supports over 1,500 app integrations. Admins can decide which apps are made available and users can browse and install them from their personal web portal.
