Strength in numbers is the key for Oaks' Olly

RUGBY is often a balancing act, and Sevenoaks second row Olly Green has had to maintain his weight in an important position in the engine room, while also managing efforts on either side of the ball.
The 24-year-old is delighted to have remained injury-free this season after recent shoulder issues, but averaging 20-plus tackles a game means managing recovery is vital.
Green, who is 6ft 3in, concluded last season at 15st 4lb a lightweight for a lock but he has risen up to 17st 1lb which has provided extra bite for the tackle machine during collisions.
He told The Rugby Paper: "It's all about my personal confidence. I've struggled with injuries in the past, which knocks it, but I'm now playing with new-found confidence, enjoying going out on the pitch and giving it my all.
