Late tries prove too much for Scotland

AUSTRALIA bounced back from their Springbok demolition to secure a bonus point win over Scotland and maintain their outside chances of reaching the last four.
The Junior Wallabies conceded 11 tries in their opening round humbling, but two late tries earned a hard-fought win against a Scottish side who were much improved from their heavy loss to England.
Needing a spark following their defeat, the Aussies started strong as Cooper Watters' chip behind the defensive line forced a five-metre scrum.
This gave the Australians a prime chance to strike as James Martens spied some space and dived over for the opener.
Scotland captain Freddy Douglas tied it up as he dived over from a five-metre rolling maul.
