TITLE hunting Exeter Chiefs will be desperate to get back on track today after slipping down the table following their flying start.
Susie Appleby's side won their first eight games to go top but came unstuck last time out in a 41-12 loss at home to Gloucester Hartpury Postponements have proved costly with the club forced to make ground on their title rivals as they chase an elusive PWR title.
Standing in their way are a Bristol side that desperately need wins to keep their slim play-off hopes alive in what has been a poor campaign thus far.
Ilona Maher, below, came off the bench to make her Bristol debut in front of a bumper crowd against Gloucester-Hartpury last Sunday but the USA superstar failed to touch the ball in her short cameo as the back-to-back champions secured a 40-17 rout at Ashton Gate.
