You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

And that applies particularly to young racegoers when they attend greyhound racing for the first time, especially in this age.

With so many options to keep the little ones entertained, it's vital greyhound racing is proactive in its work to deliver a positive and memorable experience to people of all ages who are visiting a track for the first time.

We're fortunate, though, to have the tools to deliver an easy sell - the dogs!

August marked the Greyhound Board of Great Britain's (GBGB) third annual National Greyhound Week celebration. It presents a once a year opportunity for all stadiums to come together to showcase the operation behind licensed greyhound racing, and engage new audiences to our sport.
