Nature approves vegetarians to eat meat when in dire nutritional need

For short time or permanent they have started consuming food that was not part of their diet during pre-medical condition, and this is solely to ensure sufficient nutrition for recovery or maintenance of health. One of the most frequent recommendation from Medical practitioners is inclusion of eggs, meat and /or fish for protein and nutrient supplement to vegetarians. Living in the World's largest vegetarian population, 38% of total, a recommendation like this becomes a News in the household! This is considered a taboo for large bulk of vegetarian families in India and the patient or receiver is under guilt of consuming meat and destroying his spiritual being. How about if I say that even plants have also devised such flexible system for plants to cope up with nutritional stresses and nature allows such modifications as and when necessary! Would it bring some sort of relief from that societal pressure of breaking norms by these vegetarian clan? Well the science enthusiasts from among those guilt vegetarians force fed non vegetarian food would definitely be at ease knowing this and would accept the diet change with open minds.
