PLYMOUTH Albion head coach Ryan lamb was delighted with the response of his side to last week's defeat at Blackheath as they returned to winning ways by beating Rams 34-15 at Old Bath Road, writes Stuart James.

Victory takes Albion back into the top three of National One after Blackheath were beaten at leaders Rotherham, who are a point clear at the top and seven ahead of Albion.
