In terms of what to expect for Wales, we think there may be something on rail. In fact, Transport Secretary Ken Skates is pretty hopeful about that. And, if there are sizeable uplifts to health or education in England, then there will be a knock on to Wales.

And, boy, does Welsh Labour need the help.

The last poll of voting intention was bleak - just 18% of those asked said they would vote for Labour at the election in 11 months' time.
