Reformative training for teenage e-bike rider who injured two

A teenage electric bicycle rider who fled the scene after he struck two people, including a wheelchair user, was ordered on Sept 23 to undergo reformative training for at least a year.
Young offenders sent for reformative training are detained in a centre to observe a strict regimen that can include foot drills and counselling.
The young man, now 19, was also disqualified from holding or obtaining all classes of driving licences for two years from his release.
In August, he pleaded guilty to one count of riding an e-bicycle in a dangerous manner and an unrelated housebreaking charge.
