Firms are urged to invest in new apprenticeships

It comes ahead of graduation ceremony

A NORTH Staffordshire firm has pledged to take on a record number of apprentices over the next three years.

And Stone-based Capula Ltd specialises in electrical control systems and digital solution is now urging other employers to do the same.

Steve Tellwright, right, people and quality director with the company, says apprentices will add 'significant value' to their business.

That's a message he will be reinforcing when he appears as a keynote speaker at the tenth-annual Staffordshire Apprenticeship Graduation.

It takes place at the County Showground in Stafford on July 15 with more than 100 employers and apprentices that are graduating from their work-based learning courses this year.
