KIM Hellberg has quickly shown his willingness to give academy players an opportunity at Middlesbrough, describing one Archie Baptiste moment as his favourite from Saturday's win over Derby County.

The new Boro boss enjoyed a satisfying come-from-behind victory in his first game in charge, with many highlights emerging from a special day the Swede said he'd never forget.

From Alex Bangura's lively return to the noise around the Riverside when Morgan Whittaker curled in the equaliser, there was plenty to shout about from a Boro perspective.

For Hellberg, the moment for him was the roar when Baptiste won a header, after the academy prospect came on in the final ten minutes for his senior debut to help Boro protect their lead.
