KIM Hellberg praised Tommy Conway's mentality to step up and take Middlesbrough's penalty and fire them 3-0 up against QPR, ending a 16-game goal drought in the process.
Though Boro were in a relatively comfortable position when Callum Brittain won Boro's spot-kick five minutes into the second half, the pressure was on Conway to effectively kill the game off.
But, having not scored since the end of August, and having endured some bad luck in front of goal, it only added to the pressure as the 23-year-old placed the ball down before firing home the penalty.
