“Homegrown, Global Experience” was the theme of the 5th Cebu Food and Wine Festival (CFWF), and it featured regional cuisine and world-class cooperation with the involvement of Le Cordon Bleu, Canadian Beef, Cebu Pacific, and Globe Telecom.
The month-long celebration’s formal closing was held at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu with a toast headed by Marco Polo Cebu general manager Maximilian Schwalbe, JPark general manager Brian Connelly, and Kate and Marco Anzani of CFWF.
A lovely buffet was served at Café Marco, prepared by Marco Polo Cebu Executive Chef Juanito Abangan, Chinese Chef Kenny Yong, Chef de Cuisine Riz Degamo, and Pastry Chef Gina Arceo.
