The Bureau of Immigration has arrested and is set to be deported an Estonian vlogger who was harassing Filipinos.

In a statement on January 17, the bureau said that it arrested 34-year-old Siim Roosipuu on January 15 in a joint operation involving BI intelligence operatives, an anti-terrorist group, the Philippine National Police, and officials from Barangay Cantil-e.
